香蕉纤维与亚麻、苎麻纤维的特征差异

摘    要:通过普通光学显微镜与扫描电镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪测试,分析并讨论了香蕉纤维、苎麻纤维及亚麻纤维的形态结构与特征基团的差异.实验结果表明:3种纤维的表面均有横节竖纹,截面内有裂纹存在,但亚麻截面与其他2种有差异.红外光谱的分析也表明,香蕉纤维与其他2种纤维也有差异.

Abstract:The banana fiber belongs to natural cellulosic fiber family,and due to its superior natural environmental protection value,it has been developed into new materials in recent years.In this article,we try to study the differences between banana fiber,ramie and flax in terms of their structure,mechanical properties using light microscope,SEM and FT-IR.The results indicate that the surface of them shows cross texture, endwise lines,and the cross sections of fibers are found to be porous,although that of flax differs greatly.We can also identify the difference between banana fiber and the others based on infrared spectral analysis.
