二元酚类化合物的流动注射化学发光抑制分析法

摘    要:发现邻苯二酚,对频丁基邻苯地酚,对苯二酚,3,4-二羟基苯甲对Co^2+催化的鲁米诺-过氧化化学发光反应有较强的抑制作用,在此基础上建立了四种二元酚类化合物的流动 射化学发光抑制分析法。

Abstract:It was found that catechol, p t butylpyrocatechol, hydroquinone and protocatechuic acid inhibited chemiluminescence from luminol H 2O 2 Co 2+ reaction. On this basis, a flow injection procedure combined with inhibited chemiluminescence detection was developed for the determination of these compounds. The method is fast, simple and sensitive. These polyphenols were detectable at picomolar levels. Furthermore, the mechanism of chemiluminescence inhibition by polyphenols was proposed to be due to the reaction between polyphenol and radical intermediates of chemiluminescent reaction.
