Abstract: | Recently, Nahm and Gomer have measured the increase in entropy associated with the adsorption of hydrogen on the W(110) surface. We discuss the implications of this data, and address it within the framework of a model introduced recently [Phys. Rev. Lett. 68 (1992) 2846; Surf. Sci. 287/288 (19930 837] to describe hydrogen dynamics on this surface. |
