Abstract: | ![]() A power rate equation is derived based on the dependences which characterize the adsorption equilibrium on exponentially inhomogeneous surfaces. It is established that the power of the rate equation is temperature-dependent. The latter is used for the determination of the energy and entropy factors on which the process rate depends.
