含氮竹节状碳纳米管的催化合成

摘    要:以二乙胺为原料,用催化方法合成出了含氮大管径竹节状碳纳米管,以含铁 SAPO-5分子筛为催化剂,二乙胺经过1073K高温裂解得到的碳纳米管材料,其内径 约60nm,壁厚为6nm,并且成竹节状。它有较高的表面和较高的氮碳比。

Catalytic Synthesis of Bamboo-shaped Nitrogen-doped Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract:Bamboo-shaped, nitrogen-doped, large-inner diam eter carbon nanotubes were synthesized by catalytic method with diethylamine as carbon source. By using Fe-containing SAPO-5 molecular sieve as catalyst, carb on nanotubes were synthesized under 1073 K high cracking reaction temperture, wi th inner diameter of about 60 nm, wall depth of about 6 nm, and being bamboo-sh aped. It has high BET surface (103 m 2/g) and high N/C atom ratio (N/C atom rat io is 0 15/0 85).
