摘    要:在与小功率全Ar-ICP类似的条件下,用空气作冷却气的ICP-AES测定硅,锗,锡,铅,磷,砷,锑,铋八种元素58条谱线的检出限,并与全Ar-ICP相比较。结果表明,所测原子线的检出限与波长和激发电位有关,波长较长,激发电位较低的原子线有较好的检出限。测定了常见10种共存元素对这八种元素灵敏线的谱线干扰。

Abstract:The detection limit of 58 spectral lines of 8 elements, e. g. Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, P, As, Sb, Bi are measured by air cooled ICP-AES under the similar condition as that in Ar-ICP. The results show that the detection limit of the analyzed atom lines is dependent upon it's wavelength and excitation energy. The atom lines with long wavelength and low excitation energy have good detection limit and even superior to that of Ar-ICP. The spectral interference with the prominent lines of 10 common coexistina elements is also studied.
