摘    要:以有机渣油标样作校准曲线,采用X射线荧光光谱法同时测定渣油中硫、钒和镍。样品免于预处理、用量少且无破坏。方法快速准确,硫回收率为92.5%—106.5%、钒回收率为88.3%—110.4%、镍回收率为93.0%—107.2%。

Abstract:Sulphur, vanadium and nickel in residual oil were determined simultaneously by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with organic standards of residual oil. Sample was not necessarily pretreated and without destroyed. The method is rapid and accurate with the recovery of 92.5%-106.5% for S, 88.3%-110.4% for V and 93.0%-107. 2% for Ni, respectively.
