摘    要:采用气相色谱快速分析方法测定环氧氯丙烷反应体系中的缩水甘油丁酸酯.采用SE-30( φ3mm×1.5mm)填充柱,载气流量:48.86mL/min;柱温:100℃;气化室温度:185℃;热导检测器温度185℃;缩水甘油丁酸酯的量(x)与峰面积(y)有良好的线性关系; y=1594.1x+1370.1,R2=0.9993...

Abstract:Glycidyl butyrate of epichlorohydrin reaction system was detected by quick analysis of gas chromatography.The SE-30(Φ3mm×1.5mm)column was used with the gas flow of 48.86mL/min.The column temperature was 100℃ with the gas room temperature of 185℃,and the thermal conductivity detector of 185℃.There was a good linear relationship between the peakarea(y) and the quantity of the glycidyl butyrate(x) with the regression equation of y=1594.1x+1370.1(R2=0.9993,n=6),and limit of detection(S/N=3) was 0.1778mg/mL with the precision of 0.19% and the accuracy of 0.0028%.The recovery was 96.8%—103.6% with average recovery of 99.3%.This method is easy,accurate and useful.
