摘    要:利用固相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱(SPME/GC-MS)联用技术分析冷水花挥发性化学成分。共鉴定出61个化学成分,占总挥发性成分的98.42%。冷水花挥发性化学成分主要是1-甲基-5-甲烯基-8-(1-异丙基)-s-(E,E)]-1,6-环癸二烯(20.03%),石竹烯(13.38%),1-萘胺(5.27%),愈创兰油烃(5.20%),N-(4-羟苯基)-丁酰胺(5.12%),α-法呢烯(4.73%),1-甲基-1-乙烯基-2,4-二丙烯基-环己烷(4.59%)等。

Abstract:The volatile components of Pilea aquarum Dunn were analyzed by solid-phase micro extraction/gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(SPME/GC/MS).The compounds were identified,which accounted for 98.42% of total volatile components.The main constituents in the Pilea aquarum Dunn volatile components were 1-methyl-5-methylene-8-(1-methylethyl)-s-(E,E)]-1,6-cyclodecadiene(20.03%),caryophyllene(13.38%),1-naphthalenamine(5.27%),guaiazulene(5.20%),N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-butanamide(5.12%),α-farnesene(4.73%),1-ethenyl-1-methyl-2,4-bis(1-methylethenyl)-cyclohexane(4.59%) et al.
