高速切削动力学的研究

摘    要:
本文从切屑形成过程动力学观点研究了金属切削过程。这一过程既含有机械系统动力学的各要素,又有介质动力学的各要素。用计算机模拟确定了高速条件下切屑流质动量变化率引起的切削力增量对车削颤振的影响。分析结果与现有事实一致。

Abstract:
This paper deals with the metal cutting process from the view point of dynamics of chip formation process, which includs not only the factors of the machanical system dynamjcs, but also the factors of the medium dynamics. The effacts of the cutting force increament, which is brought about by the rate of momentum change of the chip as a fluid medium, on the chatter of turning operation under high-speed condition are determined by computer simulation. The results of analysis acoord with the presented facts.
