摘    要:采用GPC-多角度激光散射联用技术对PAMMO的分子量及分子量分布进行测定,介绍了方法的测试原理及实验步骤.对实验影响因素如dn/dc、浓度、流速进行了讨论,并对谱图进行了分析.结果表明,dn/dc值为0.0929,浓度为20~60mg/mL,流速为1mL/min,以示差峰的出峰时间和激光峰的收峰时间确定有效峰的条件下,实验获得满意结果.

Abstract:GPC coupled with multi angle laser light scattering was used to determine molecular weight and distribution of PAMMO. The light scattering principle and procedure was introduced. At the same time some key experimental factors such as dn/dc, concentration, and flow rate were discussed. It is found that when dn/dc is 0.0929, the concentration is 20~60 mg/mL, the flow-rate is 1 mL/min and under the condition that the selection of effective peak area is the occurrence of the differential peak versus the disappearance of laser peak, satisfactory results were obtained.
