摘    要:
将不同形式的钯源加入到硅磷酸铝子筛反应物凝胶中,用一步法直接合成了PdSAPO-5双功能催化剂,并对其进行了改性和表征。结果表明,SAPO-5可在较宽的PH值范围内合成,当钯以H2PdCl4加入时,并不影响SAPO-5分子筛的形成,溶液中的钯可完全均匀地分布在分子筛孔道中,而硅的分布状态略有改变

Abstract:
dSAPO-5 bifunctional catalysts were synthesized by directly adding different palladium sources to the reactant gel mixture of silicoaluminophosphate and have been modified and characterized. The results indicated that the addition of H2PdCl4 did not depress the yield of SAPO-5 and the palladium could evenly disperse in the channels of PdSAPO--5 (Cl ). However, the addition of Pd (NH3)4Cl2 decreased the crystallinity of PdSAPO-5 (NH3), hindered silicon from entering into the framework and made it exist in an unstable state. Treatment with steam could improve the crystallinity and make silicon occupy the framework. 129Xe NMR results revealed that the dispersion of Pd in PdSAPO-5 was much better than that in Pd/SAPO-5 prepared by impregnationmethod.
