| 摘 要： | 用反相高效液相色谱法分离－蒸发光散射检测法测定了海藻糖的纯度，检测下限为5mg/L。在30－1000mg/范围内，海藻糖浓度的对数与ELSD测得的峰面积对数具有良好的线性关系。

| Abstract: | A reversed-phase high performance chromatography with evaporative light-scattering detector (ELSD) using methanol-water (4∶1,v/v) as mobile phase was established for direct purity examination of trehalose. An ODS column Zorbax C18 was employed. Regression equations reveal linear relationship between logarithm of trehalose concentration and logarithm of trehalose peak area detected by ELSD in the range of 30～1000 mg/L trehalose. Recoveriy of trehalose measured by ELSD is 99.42% with detection limit of 5 mg/L. |
