二亚(3,4-二甲基)苄基山梨糖醇的合成与表征

摘    要:山梨糖醇与3,4-二甲基苯甲醛在酸催化下缩合成聚丙烯透明成核剂——二亚(3,4-二甲基)苄基山梨糖醇。实验结果表明,在3,4-二甲基苯甲醛66mmol,n(醇):n(醛)=1.0:2.0,ω(催化剂)=0.6%-1.2%(以反应单体的质量计算),ω(促进剂)=15%~18%(以反应物的总质量计算),回流反应5h的最佳反应条件下,收率在96.5%以上。

Abstract:Di(3,4-dimethylbenzylidene)sorbitol was synthesized by condensation reaction of sorbitol and 3,4-dimethyl benzaldehyde using acid as a catalyst.The experiment results showed that the yield was more than 96.5% under the best reaction conditions: the amount of 3,4-dimethyl benzaldehyde was 66 mmol,the molar ratio of 3,4-dimethyl benzaldehyde to sorbitol was 2.0,the amount of catalyst and accelerator was 0.6%~1.2% and 15%~18% of the total mass of reactants,respectively.The reaction time was 5 h.
