纳米材料二氧化锡的制备和激子态光学特性研究

Abstract:The preparation of SnO2 nanometer crystullites .and their spectroscopic properties of exciton saltes were presented. By using the mode of weak quantum-sized confinement, we analyzed and explained the variations of ark positions of photoluminescence bands with different excitation wavelength, and the discrete Structures in excitation spectra of SnO2 nanometer crystullitds.
