钨硅酸的制备及其在催化合成缩酮(醛)中的应用

摘    要:本文探讨了钨硅酸的制备方法,以合成环己酮1,2-内二醇缩酮为例验证钨硅酸的催化活性,并探讨了合成其它缩酮(醛)的适宜条件,得到的收率分别为:环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮85.5%、环己酮乙二醇缩酮89.6%、丁酮乙二醇缩酮79.5%、丁醛乙二醇缩醛89.1%、丁醛1,2丙二醇缩醛81.5%。

Abstract:The method for preparing catalyst H_4SiW_(12)O_(40) was discussed.The catalytic activity of H_4SiW_(12)_(40) was validated in synthesizing cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal.In addition,the reaction conditions in synthesizing the other ketal(acetal) were discussed.The yields of the other products were 85.5% for cydohexanone 1,2-pnopanediol ketal,89.6% for cyclohexanone ethylene ketal,79.5% for butanone ethylene ketal,89.1% for N-butyraldehyde ethylene eacetal,and 81.5% for N-butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal,respectively.
