| Abstract: | The mixture of free fatty acids and esterified fatty acids was extracted from body fluids such as serum, plasma and milk after adding pentadecanoic acid as the internal standard. Free fatty acids were separated by thinlayer chromatography. After they were esterified with methyl alcohol, free fatty acid profiles were determined quantitatiely by GC-MS. |
