变应性鼻炎与微量元素关系研究

摘    要:
为探讨常年性变应性鼻炎患者的免疫功能与体内元素水平变化的关系,检测了PAR患者免疫球蛋白IgE、IgG、IgA、IgM,用原子吸收分光光度法检测了PAR患者血清中Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Sr的含量,利用统计软件进行相关分析。结果表明,PAR组与对照组相比,Mn、Sr的含量明显下降,IgE升高,且Mg与IgE、IgA呈正相关,Mn与IgE呈正相关。提示PAR患者免疫功能紊乱与血清Mn、Sr的含量有关,Mn、Sr含量降低可能是本病发生的一个内在因素。

Abstract:
To investigate the correlation of the status of humral immunic function among the patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR)with the serum levels of trace elements,the serum levels of trace elements Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn and Sr among these PAR cases were determined by atomic absorption spectrophtometry(AAS).Furthermore,the serum levels of IgG,IgA and IgM were detected by procedures of transmission turbi dimetry and the serum level of IgE tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Then,the correlation analysis was made between the content of trace elements and the levels of immunoglobulin.The results showed that serum levels of trace elements Mn and Sr in the patients with PAR were significantly reduced(P<0.01)than those of controlling group.Furthermore,the analysis on the relationship between trace elements and serum immunoglobulins showed that a positive correlation was present with serum Mn level and IgE value,and a positive correlation was also true with serum Mg value and IgE and IgA.It concluded the disterburned immunne function of cases with PAR might be closely related with the abnormal changes in the serum levels of trace elements Mn and Sr.Especially,it should be true that reduced levels of Mn and Sr played their roles underlying the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis via the effects,as very important intrinsic factors,in this pathological process.
