| Abstract: | Dimethyl- and diethyl-phosphine oxide, methyl methylphosphonite and ethyl methylphosphonite all oxidatively add to (Me2PhP)3IrCl, generated in situ, to give hydrido(dialkylphosphinito)- or alkyl (alkylphosphonito)-iridium(III) complexes. |
