| 摘 要： | 设计对于三链DNA具有识别作用的小分子配体，提高三链DNA的稳定性是实现反基因治疗技术的一个重要内容。本文介绍了典型的以嵌入或沟区间结合三链DNA的偶联稳定剂，这些新型的偶联剂对三链DNA的结合具有高效性和专一性。

| Abstract: | The design of binding agents, which are targeted to improve the stability of DNA triplexes as well as to have structure-specific recognition is relevant to antigene based chemotherapies. The binding agents were introduced in terms of the intercalative or groove-mediated binding mechanisms. Most of them can strongly and preferentially stabilize DNA triplexes. |
