Etude du diagramme ternaire CuInSe2ZnSeIn2Se3

Abstract:
The system CuInSe2ZnSeIn2Se3 has been investigated. A large domain of thiogallate-type compounds was found with a number of cation vacancies less or equal to that of ZnIn2Se4 compound. A study with a least-squares method was performed on the experimental parameters a and c and relations with the compositions are given. The blende-structure model with cation vacancies was used for evaluation of the vacancy radius [r1 = (0.97 ± 0.05) Å] in the thiogallate compounds.
