摘 要: | 底部挡板混合槽对于低粘度物料体系,可以使涡轮桨混合效率有一定提高,但仍与三叶螺旋桨(CBY)桨有较大差距;在高粘度物料中则改进效果不如低粘度物料体系明显;该混合槽对于CBY桨混合效率提高不大.

Mixing Character of Two Kinds of Installation of the Mixer with Baffle Assessed |

Abstract: | Mixing efficiencyof standard oar is improved by installation of the mixer, whichis assessed bottom Baffleand loadedwith low viscosity fluid. But, with high viscosity fluid, the mixing efficiency is not improved obviously. Mixing efficiency for CBY is unimproved. |
