| Abstract: | New hydrophobic chiral ionic liquids bearing an imidazolium core have been stereospecifically prepared from the chiral pool; their enantiomeric purity and 3D-network of hydrogen bonding were analysed by NMR and X-ray diffraction, respectively. |
