食品中三唑酮的酶联免疫吸附分析

摘    要:
制备人血清白蛋白和三唑酮的结合物作为免疫原,免疫兔子获得了抗三唑酮的抗体,并建立了三唑酮的酶联免疫吸附分析法。此方法被成功的应用于黄瓜、梨等食品中三唑酮的分析,最低检出限为40ng/g样品,回收率为92.44%~98.18%。并与气相色谱分析结果有很好的一致性。

Abstract:
A human serum albumin-triazolone conjugate was synthesized as an immunogen ,the antiserum of tirazolone was produced by immunization of rabbits and used to develop an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The assay was successfully validated for application in the determination of triazolone in cucumber and pear. The detection limit was 40 ng/g sample. The recoveries were in the range of 92. 44% -98. 18% ,the results of ELISA were in accord with those of GC determination.
