Abstract:In this paper, twelve pure refrigerants and fourteen azeotropic or near azeotropic possible CFC alternatives were analysed. Some of this mixtures were approved to be able to replace CFC12 or HCFC22, such as R152a/ R134a for CFC12 and R143a/R1270 for CFC22.In addition, the accuracy of the PR and CSD equations were also compared.
