Abstract:ased on Borokhovskii equation, the nonisothermal crystallization kinetics and mechanism of nylon 1010 have been studied by DSC at cooling rate 10 to 320 K /min. There is a turning point at each plot of nonisothermal crystallization kinetics.In the earlier part of the plot, then values are near 4, that is homogenous nucleation and growth in three dimensions, and crystallization rate constants are not considerably varying with raising of cooling rate (a). The kinetic crystallialbility per unit cooling rate is nearly equal, whose average value Ge is 0.617.
