摘    要:大环内酯类抗生素(macrolideantibiotics,MALS)对革兰氏阳性菌和支原体有较强的抑制能力,支原体在畜禽中是感染面较广的多发病,因此这类抗生素在动物药品和饲料添加物中占有重要位置。然而,人们在获得经济利益的同时对抗生素的副作用也有了进一步的认识。欧盟一些国家早已禁止在供肉食动物的饲料中添加抗生素。而我国在这方面还没有严格限制,动物性食品中抗生素残留,将对人类的健康构成潜在的危害,也会直接影响我国的出口贸易。本研究利用液相色谱/电喷雾质谱-质谱法(LC-ESI-MS2),对5种大环内酯类抗生素(红霉素、金霉素、吉他霉素、泰乐菌素、罗红霉素)同时进行正离子二级质谱分析。该方法分析速度快(仅用6min)、灵敏度高、抗干扰性强,检出限红霉素、吉他霉素可达0.3ng,金霉素、泰乐菌素、罗红霉素可达0.6ng。

Abstract:Different kinds of macrolide antibiotics are usually added in fodder as preventive and therapeutic agents for infectious diseases in domestic animals, fowls and shrimps. But any remains of macrolide antibiotics in their meat are strictly prohibited in the world if they are used as our daily foods. A method for detection and identification of antibiotics erytromycin, chlortetracycline, kitasamycin, tylosin, roxithromycin simultaneously in meat was devloped by using liquid chromatography - mass specterometry, instead of classical detection of such antibiotic one by one. This analysis method was so rapid that it can be done in 6 minutes. The detection limit of erytromycin and kitasamycin was 0.3 ng. The detection limit of chlortetracycline, tylosin and roxithromycin was 0.6 ng.
