On the thermal electromotive force of multivalley semiconductors |

| Abstract: | Thermal emf coefficient expression for nondegenerate multivalley semiconductors is obtained. It is shown that the expression for thermal emf coefficient can be presented by the parameters of one certain valley. A practically important case of two-valley semiconductor is considered. |
