Abstract: | A method of solution of the boundary-value problems of kinetic gas theory is developed, making it possible to use the boundary conditions in the most general form. The generalized Maxwell boundary condition that takes into account the dependence of the accommodation coefficient on the angle of incidence of gas molecules is considered as an example.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Mekhanika Zhidkosti i Gaza, No. 5, pp. 149–152, September–October, 1986. |
