硒化壳聚糖诱导NB4细胞凋亡及周期阻断作用

摘    要:
为研究硒化壳聚糖对NB4细胞的凋亡及周期阻断作用,用流式细胞法观察了药物对细胞的诱导凋亡及周期阻断作用。结果表明,硒化壳聚糖作用NB4细胞24 h,可剂量依赖性地诱导细胞凋亡并使G0—G1期细胞增多。提示硒化壳聚糖可诱导细胞凋亡,并对NB4细胞周期有特异性阻断作用。

Abstract:
To study the cell cycle block and inducing apoptosis effect of selenium chitosan on NB4 cells, the cell cycle block effect and inducing apoptosis effect were observed by using flow cytometry. The results showed that exposure of NB4 cells to 50 - 100 mg/L of selenium chitosan for 24 h produced a dose dependent inerease in G0--G1 phase cells and an increase in apoptotic rate. It concluded selenium chitosan could block NB4 ceils in G0--G1 phase and induce apoptosis in a dose dependent manner.
