小型动磁直线电机驱动压缩机研究

摘    要:建立了小型动磁直线电机压缩机运动理论模型,数值分析结论与实验结果验证了样机的磁路设计,获得了13.0N/A的电机比推力,电机理论效率为78%。压缩机与冷指为Φ10的气动膨胀机进行匹配试验。获得压缩机的最佳工作频率48—50Hz,电机效率71%,电机效率比理论值小7%。

Abstract:Motion model of compressor driven by miniature moving magnet linear motor was set up.The comparison between the experimental data and numerical analysis verified the effectiveness of this model.A performance factor of 13.0N/A was achieved and the ideal COP reached 78%.The prototype of Stirling refrigerator was formed by integrating linear compressor with pneumatic expander which had a 10mm cold finger.The optimal operating point was found: frequency 48—50Hz、COP of motor 71%.
