| Abstract: | The identification and judgment of the city core competencies belong to a complicated decision problem of having the layer structure.We establish index systems in accordance with the principles of system,layer,pertinence and dynamic.Then by means of the attribute identification theories and analytic hierarchy process,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,we establish the mathematical model of city core competencies. |
