摘    要:本研究用集团结构适应性原理探讨CH_3OH、C_6H_6、CH_3C0CH_3及DMF等二十四种溶齐Et_3N EtI,Me_3N O_2N-(?)-Cl及C_5H_5N CH_3I等反应速率的影响.发现溶剂化作用与溶剂分子及反应物分子(或过渡态分子)的特征集团之间结构适应性十分重要.即使对于同一类型的Menschuthin反应,反应的一般特征虽然相同,但随着反应分子结构的改变,反应机理细节亦会有所变化.当溶剂分子的特征集团结构与反应机理特征相适应时 溶剂对反应速率往往有较大的促进作用;不相适应时,往往有阻碍作用.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of CH3OH, CH3COCH3, DMF and other solvents upon the reaction rate of Et3N EtI, Me3N O2N and C5H5N CH3I have been investigated.It is discovered that the adaptability of structures (steric and electronic) between groups on the solvent molecules and those on reactant molecules (or transition-state species) is very important for the reaction in solution. Although there is the same characteristic for the same kind of Menschutkin reaction, the details of reaction mechanism change with the difference of the reactant molecule structure. When a characteristic group of solvent molecule is adaptable to the characteristic of the reaction mechanism, the reaction rate may be greatly promoted.
