[Gd(Gly)3(H2O)2]Cl3·H2O的合成与晶体结构

摘    要:标题配合物在水溶液中合成,缓慢挥发水溶液(pH=4-5)得到其针状单晶,研究了配合物的热分析与红外光谱,测定了配合物的晶体结构,结果表明,晶体属正交晶系,空间群P212121,日胞参数为:α=1.1960(2)nm,b=3.0789(6)nm,c=0.47652(10)nm.V=1.7547(16)nm^3,Z=4,Dc=1.987g/cm^3,晶体是一维链状配合物,相邻Gd^3+离子通过2个简单羧基桥和1个μ2羧基桥联结起来,还有2 个水分子配位于每个Gd^3 离子,所以Gd^3 的配位数为9,形成变形的单帽四方反棱柱体,该配位多面体是摩尔比为1:3的稀土甘氨酸配合物中报道的第1个例子,得到了该配合物的配位键的键焓。

Abstract:The title complex was synthesized in an aqueous solution (pH=4~5). Its single crystalwas obtained by slow evaporation and characterized by IR, XRD and thermal analysis. The crystal be-longs to orthorhombic with a space group P212121: a=1.1960(2) nm, b=3.0 789(6) nm, c=0. 47652 (10) nm, Z=4, Dc=1.987 g/cm3. The crystal is a one-dimentional chain complex. The neighbor-ing two Gd3+ ions are connected by two simple bridged carboxyl groups and a μ2-bridging carboxylgroup. Each G-d3+ ion is simuetaneosly coordinated by two water molecules. So the coordination num-ber of Gd3+ is nine, forming a coordination polyhedron of distorted mono capped square antiprism.The coordination polyhedron is the first reported example for rare earth glycine (1 : 3) complexes.The bond enthalpies of coordination bonds were gained for the title complex.
