摘    要:介绍了用硼特效树脂和阴、阳混合离子交换树脂相结合进行珊瑚中硼的分离和纯化方法,满足了正热电离质谱法测定硼同位素的要求,并且对几个珊瑚样品进行了硼的分离和硼同位素组成的测定,结果满意,为研究珊瑚中的硼同位素示踪古海洋环境变化提供了可能。

Abstract:The combined use of the boron specific ion exchange resin and the mixed cation anion exchange resins was applied to the ion exchange separation of boron in corals. The process of separation was modified on a micro scale. By this modified ion exchange separation, the volume of eluting solution and the blank value were remarkably reduced, and the interference of HCl to the MS determination was also eliminated. Isotopic composition of boron in corals was determined by the positive thermal ionization mass spectrometry in the eluate. The presented method has been applied to the analysis of several coral samples from the south sea of China and satisfactory results were obtained which were useful data for the study of paleoocean enviromental change.
