阴离子掺杂改性纳米TiO2的光催化性能

摘    要:利用钛酸丁酯水解浸渍方法制备了多种阴离子掺杂改性TiO2纳米复合粉体材料,并作了XRD、BET等表征,研究了它们对气相光催化降解正己烷反应的活性,并和阳离子K+ 掺杂TiO2、未掺杂TiO2及商品TiO2 Degussa P-25作了比较。结果表明,在实验的掺杂浓度下,多数阴离子的掺杂虽对TiO2的光催化活性略有降低,但仍要优于P-25,活性最差的是钾离子掺杂TiO2,H3PO4和NH4H2PO4的掺杂则对TiO2的光催化活性有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:The anion-doped TiO2 nano powders were prepared by impregnation with the precursor tetra-n-butyl titanate, and characterized by XRD and BET. The photocatalytic activities of these doped TiO2 were investigated in gas-phase degradation of n-hexane, and compared with potassium-doped TiO2, pure TiO2 and the commercial TiO2 Degussa P-25. It抯 found that even though most of anion-doping are detrimental to photocatalytic oxidation of hexane over TiO2, but the catalytic performance is better than that of P-25, and much better than that of K-doped TiO2. It抯 also found that doping with NH4H2PO4 or H3PO4 can distinctly improve the efficiency of TiO2.
