| 摘 要： | 本文报道通过不保护羟基的10-癸炔醇-1, 在LiNH2作用下直接与W-溴代羧酸酯反应引入羟酸基团, 从而缩补了反应步骤并提高了收率。十一碳烯内酯和十三碳烯内酯的心率为14.4%和11%, 立体选择性Z>98%。

| Abstract: | The monoolefenic macrolide aggregation pheromone components 1 and 4 weresynthesized through the alkylation and isomerization of alkyne. The 1,4-dienemacrolide ag-gregation pheromone component 5 was synthesized through the coupling reaction of Alkyn-yl Grignard reagent with p-methyl-bezenesulfonate using the propargyl alcohol as startingmaterial. |
