散斑面内形变场检测系统设计

摘    要:数字散斑测量是一种非接触、全场测量的高精度光测方法。该系统由散斑生成装置、数据采集装置和数据处理装置三部分组成。散斑生成装置将扩散的激光束投射到待测物体上,用接收屏接收物体散射生成的散斑图像。数据采集装置主要由CCD和数字采集卡组成,CCD拍摄散斑图像,并将其传输给数字采集卡,经采集卡转换成数字图像,以矩阵形式输入到数据处理装置。数据处理装置根据光学相关识别技术设计的检测程序对采集到的数字图像进行相关运算,通过对相关峰的准确定位来获取物体的形变信息。

Abstract:Digital speckle measurement is a kind of non-contact and full-field optical measurement method.The measurement system is make up of speckle generate device,data-acquisition device and data processing device.Speckle generate device projects the diffused laser beam on the object to be measured,using the receiver screen receivers the speckle.Data-acquisition device is composed of CCD and digital image card,CCD gets the speckle image and transmits it to image card.Speckle image is changed into digital image and transmitted to data processing device in the form of matrix.Data processing device uses optical correlation recognition and the testing program to make correlation operation,the deformation information is gotten by locating correlation peak position.
