摘    要:研究了LaMn1-xZnxO3 (x=0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40)体系的M-T曲线、 M-H曲线、电子自旋共振谱(ESR). 实验结果表明: 随掺杂浓度增高, 体系的TC单调下降, Zn替代没有引起明显的晶体结构的变化, 磁结构从长程铁磁有序向自旋团簇玻璃态转变, ESR图谱测量的微观磁性与M-T曲线测量的宏观磁性一致. 这些结果归因于Zn掺杂引起的双交换作用、磁稀释作用和晶格效应.

Abstract:The M-T curves,M-H curves,ESR curves of LaMn_(1-x)Zn_xO_3(x=0.05,0.10,0.20,0.30,0.40) were studied.The experimental results indicate that with increasing Zn doping,T_C value decreases rapidly,the substitution of Zn for Mn does not cause apparent change of the structure,the system undergoes a transition from long range ferromagnetic order to the cluster-spin glass state,the micromagnetism measured by ESR spectra is in accordance with the macromagnetism measured by the M-T curves.The results are attributed to double exchange interaction,magnetic dilution and lattice effects arising from Zn doping.
