摘    要:用均相亚乙基二(1-茚基)二氯化锆(Et(Ind)2ZrCl2)催化乙烯和苯乙烯共聚时,所得共聚物中苯乙烯链节含量和聚合活性不能同时满足聚乙烯功能化的要求[1,2].因此我们用SiO2对Et(Ind)2ZrCl2进行载体化.

Abstract:The poly(ethylene|co|styrene) was synthesized with %rac%|Et(Ind)-2ZrCl-2/MAO supported on SiO-2|955. Compared with homogeneous %rac%|Et(Ind)-2ZrCl-2/MAO, the content of styrene in the copolymer with the supported %rac%|Et(Ind)-2ZrCl-2/MAO was increased to {3.5}%(molar fraction) and Al/Zr molar ratio was decreased to 300. The polymerization activity was 5^810+5 g/(mol5h) at 353 K. The distribution of styrene unit in the copolymer was believed in random according to {}+{13}C NMR spectrum. The effects of Al/Zr molar ratio, the molar ratio of styrene to ethylene in the monomer feed and reaction temperature on the copolymerization were investigated in this paper.
