| 摘 要： | 本文证明了左半对任何自然数 n 成立,右半当 n≥9时成立;对 n≥4的情形,右端上限应取(17)/(24)n~2+(14)/(24).应用这结果于最佳逼近常数的估计,得到E_n<4.3286301ω(1/n),(n≥8) (2)
