| 摘 要： | 本文给出了R为m-fold稳定环的若干充分必要条件，证明了整闭整环的Kronecker函数环m-fold稳定环，进一步地，得到了左(右)拟DUO替换环为m-fold稳定环的条件。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, we investigate necessary and sufficient conditions under which R ism-fold stable. Also we show that every Kronecker function ring of an integrally closed domain ism-fold stable and every left (right) quasi-duo exchange ring with | R/M |＞ m for all maximal idealM J(R) is m-fold stable. These provide new classes of such stable rings. |
