摘    要:
在本中,介绍了一个用于低温热电偶的标定系统的研制,对常用的铜-康铜热电偶进行了标定,并对在标定过程中的热电偶输出信号的脉动现象进行了非线性分析,标定结果表明在从液氮温区(77.35k)到300k的范围内,其标定的精度在数十mK的范围内,能对满足的对测量精度的要求,并且,对信号脉动的分析显示标定过程中存在一定的非线性,可能对标定产生一定的误差。

Abstract:
A calibration system for the low temperature thermocouples is presented in this paper. The type T (Copper vs Copper Nickel) thermocouples are calibrated by using this system, and the non linear phenomena (temperature fluctuations) are also investigated. The calibration results show that the accuracy is about 0.1K in the range of from liquid nitrogen temperature (77.35K) to 300K, which meets the requirements for the measurement of the experiments. Further more, the non linear analysis indicates that the non linearity presents in the calibration, which may produce certain error for the calibration.
