| Abstract: | The reaction of 3-bromo-4-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one with cyclic amines gives 3-aminoalkyl-4-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one. Thiazolo[4,5-b][1,5]benzodiazepine was isolated along with the substitution product when thiourea was used. |
