| Abstract: | Vibrational states in the first minimum in 238U and 240Pu and in the second minimum in 240Pu have been calculated within the quasiparticle-phonon nuclear model. The results of calculation of vibrational states in both minima are compared. Specific properties of the vibrational states in the second minimum in actinide nuclei are discussed. |
