Quantitative procedures for assessing performance in thin-layer gel chromatography

Summary Procedures are described for assessing quantitiatively performance in thin-layer gel chromatography (TLG), and they are used to demonstrate improvements in methodology. Such procedures permit standards to be set, comparisons to be made between performances in different laboratories and greater precision to be achieved in quantitative TLG.
