| 摘 要： | 以马林果为原料,30%乙醇作溶剂提取砖红色素并研究该色索的理化性质．通过实验证明该色索耐热。耐光．在食品工业和医药方面有一定的利用价值．

| Abstract: | The article takes Rubus saxatilis Levi. as raw material, 30% ethyl alcohol to collect brick redness pigment and studies physical and chemical properties. Through experiment, the pigment is heatproof and endures the light ,it is certainly useful in food and medical industry. |
