Abstract: | 1‐Monosubstituted aliphatic 1,2,3‐triazoles were synthesized by a one‐pot reaction from aliphatic halides (Cl and Br), sodium azide and propiolic acid. The yields ranged from moderate to good. The reaction was easily carried out in DMF with Cs2CO3 at 100°C by copper‐catalyzed click cycloaddition/decarboxylation. |
