复合材料层合板固化过程的数值模拟

摘    要:在文[1]中作者采用了有限元和有限差分相结合的交替迭代法及Euler-Cauch解偶算法分析了复合材料层合板固化全过程中板内温度场和固化度场。在此基础上,本文进一步根据层合板在固化过程中不同阶段材料物性变化及损伤破坏特征,提出了两种不同破坏准则和后破坏模型,并采用非线性瞬态热弹性问题的Hamilton半解析法,研究了层合板在固化全过程中的损伤破坏和热应力、变形的变化规律。通过数值模拟和分析,发现层合板在固化过程中,板内热应力出现多峰值和变号特征,这将是导致层合板早期破坏的原因,本文工作将对材料工艺工作者选择固化工艺参数具有参考价值。

Abstract:In the authors previous paper, the fields of temperature and cure degree of thermo setting composite laminates during the whole cure process have been investigated by using a mixed finite element method with the Eular Cauch decoupling iteration algorithm. In order to get better understanding of the residual load capability of the laminates and to improve their technical quality, it is necessary to further study the features of variation of inplane and interlaminar stress fields and corresponding failure phenomena during the wholde cure process. In the present paper, the Hamilton semi analytic method on the transient thermal elastic problem developed by authors is united with two kinds of the failure and post failure models, which can describe the characteristic of failure and degradation of stiffness of the laminates within different stages of the curing process, for the investigation of the variation of thermo stress and deformation field, and failure process of the laminates during the whole cure process. Some numerical simulation results are given. From the discusion of the numerical results, it can be found that the thermo stress fields appearing in several peak values in the laminates within initial, middle and last cure stage would be a reason to cause the early failure of the laminates and result in decreasing their load capability. The numerical conclusion and corresponding simulation method provided in this paper might be of a great value to technical engineers of composite structure.
