| Abstract: | We report the operation and performance of a near-infrared, synchronously-pumped mode locked dye laser, pumped with the 647.1 nm line of a mode locked krypton ion laser. The output pulses are as short as 3.2 ps in duration, and can be tuned from 750 to 910 nm with an intercavity three plate birefringent filter. |
